Recent Pharmacy (Drugstore) Purchases #3

Like always I tend to get a rush from purchasing items at the pharmacy. It seems like no matter if I say that I am getting nothing-just looking-I usually DO.

This is what I purchased yesterday…

SDC11448

L-R: Annie Colouring Kit, Pumice Stone, Revlon hair dye, Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut Conditioner

The Colouring Kit has an applicator brush, a highlighting cap and a pick. I needed a pumice stone since I couldn’t find the one I have and I LOVE to give myself pedicures.

I am an absolute lover of moisturizing, creamy, fresh smelling conditioners but especially coconut for my unruly hair and Suave is my go to cheap product line.

Revlon Colorsilk #35 Vibrant Red up close

The dye was a spur of the moment purchase. I have been toying with the idea of dyeing my hair for AGES! I have NEVER dyed or highlighted my hair and I have been scared to do so for fear of major damage to my already crazy hair.

But this colour just was saying “Buy me, buy me” and after some deliberation, I took the plunge.

A hair post is coming VERY soon, stay tuned.

Wish List #1 & Life Update

Hey Everyone!

I know it has been awhile since I updated the blog.

The past few months were hectic! And it is still a bit so as I am going through a lot of changes.

In another post I will discuss in more details as to what has been happening.

On to my current wish list….

I have been browsing the various cosmetic companies websites and of course blogs and youtube and I have been loving some stuff…

Maybelline

Left to Right: Maybelline: Baby Lips Lip balm and Great Lash Lots of Lashes mascara.

How great does Emily DiDonato look in this photo? She’s wearing the baby lips on her lips. The look of it sucked me in, especially since I am on a constant hunt for a moisturizing lip balm/chap stick that gives colour.

She looks great here as well.

It’s been my experience that no matter how much water I drink, and it is a lot, I seem to always have chapped lips and lip gloss isn’t doing much for me. And I think it is because I am sick of using basically three lip products: a lip balm, a lip stick/stain and then if I want to, a lip gloss.

Some other items on my wish list are:

Left to Right: Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter, DKNY Be Delicious and Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Redness Soothing Cream Cleanser

I want the Revlon Lip Butters for the same reason that I want the Maybelline Baby Lips.

I  also love green apple scents and I need a new bottle of perfume.

I want the Neutrogena cleanser because I am a firm believer in switching up my skincare routine.

Please note  that although I have some items on my wish list, I might not get them. Also, my “wishes” may change as I am currently in the process of updating my beauty collection.

Thanks for stopping by,
